I have an Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe motherboard. Can I attach two SSD's to the white SATA-600 ports in a RAID 1 configuration and attach four 2TB WD RE4 hard drives to the four light blue SATA-300 ports in a RAID 10 configuration? Can I run two different RAID configurations like that?

you could, but i wouldnt do it. raid 1 isnt really safe if you are going for safety and raid 0 on hard drives are a waste of time when SSDs are much faster.
there isnt any reason to do a raid configuration. you could do it, but its not going to help you much
