Well its my first time I'm building my own PC and I would really like to get some thoughts on my build and ways to improve it.
It's important to mention that I live in Israel and the prices around here are a bit higher so that build will cost me something like 1800$ around here and that price is a little bit more than my budget beforehand.
Also I will take the dvd-drive from my old computer. And about the operating system I still don't know if I would go on the win 8 or stay with the good win 7.

Thank you very much!

The GTX 680 is a good card and I am running one in this build ( have been since June, '12 ). as for the CPU cooler, you may want to look at the Cooler Master 212 EVO or Gelid Tranquillo at Newegg, as I believe they are cheaper and they are very good.

since u have a Z87 board and an aftermarket CPU cooler, i would recommend get the k version of the CPU to Overclock
Instead of 680 get 770 its cheaper and faster
if u don't wanna add another card in the future u can reduce the PSU to 650W to save some money, but get a 650W of the exact same series u have chosen

Well the 770 is 40$ more expensive but I will think about it and about the CPU overclock really raise the performance? Because it's also more expensive...
And about the PSU I am thinking about buying another graphic card in the future.

well if the 770 is more expensive get a 680, its only very slightly weaker
the CPU overclock won't help now since its already very powerful at stock but some years later when it starts getting weak then the overclock will help a lot
for adding a second card rather get 850W

I don't have those CPU coolers here in Israel.
What do you say about the "Arctic Freezer Xtreme Rev.2" ? He is really cheap.

Alright I think I will go with the overclock version.
But I really need the 850W? Because its cost some more money - a thing that I'm a little low on...

If you don't have the "K' version, than you won't be doing any OCing and the stock fan and heatsink will do fine.
