will virtual wifi router slow down the speed of the laptop which is connected to the internet and if any work done on wirelessly connected device will it slow the internet speed of that internet connected laptop??????

If you set up a virtual miniport adapter, Internet bandwidth used by connected devices will not be available to your laptop. If your connection speed is sufficient it should not be an issue unless there is some high bandwidth use on a device connected to the VLAN -- like video streaming or torrents.
