Hello.
The CPU Cooler is "Noctua NH-C12P SE14" , Its Blowing On the CPU.

Iv got 12sm fan in the from that intake
Another 12sm Fan in the back that exhaust

and Asus 680 [DC2O]

Question IS:
Which Direction should I install the Upper Fan, Intake or Exhaust?

The top fan should act as outlet so that all the hot that rises and the heat from the motherboard heatsinks will be sucked out of the system. If you have it as an intake then the air will become congested and temperatures will rise.
