I decided to look at my task manager ram usage yesterday during a multiplayer match on bf3 and noticed my ram was only at 60% or 2.15 gb. This doesnt seem right, i know my 32 bit os limits my 4gb to 3.3 but why isnt bf3 using that 40% left? My cpu usage is 90-100% and my gpu is 70-80%. Ram usage is 60% no matter what the setting to, even ultra. Does anyone know why this would happen?

Uh, it is always better to have more memory left then used or else it will go to a pagefile(which is incredibly slow on a 7200RPM harddisk) and your FPS will see a big dropdown.

32 bit applications are limited to 2GB of memory on 32bit windows to conserve the rest of the memory for windows and physical devices.
it would be better to upgrade to 64bit windows even with 4GB of ram as on a 32bit system your graphics cards ram shadows some of your ram so you actually have less usable ram than you think.
