Help on Custom Build PC Price: around $600

Okay. So this is a repeat, of sorts, of my last request.
This time i have a budget of $600.
I would appreciate any recomendations of a good PC build for $600.
Uses include mainly programming, gaming, and school work.
I already have an OS, monitor, speakers, mouse and keyboard so i just need the hardware for the computer itself.

This is probably the best build for your budget, just get it, it is a very high performance rig for gaming. Something that would be awesome for 1080p and would play games in Ultra without breaking a sweat and should always be 40+ FPS (a lot more though). So yeah get this build
