So, I decided to go for a low cost android based PC. The PC I will be building will be having Intel's Core i3 Desktop Processor with 4GB DDR3 RAM and Integrated Graphics. I will be installing Android Operating System.
So, Is this build possible ?
Any Help Please ?

The Android OS can only be installed on ARM based processors. Standard modular desktop components are x86 (AMD64) processors.

If you are looking for a free OS, look into Linux. Ubuntu is a popular distribution which is easier to deal with then others.
