I've essentially decided on all parts of my machine, I've checked sizes and prices and narrowed my choice of case down to a CoolerMaster HAF X or a CoolerMaster Storm Trooper Black. Since I will be going with Water cooling 240mm top mounted Corsair H100i with corsair link support I can ignore the bonus of fan control that the Storm troop offers. But the Handle for mobility, the easy slot in SSD/HDD 2.5" drive bay and rubber trimming are factors that I'm not sure whether or not I should ignore.. The Haf x seems just as straight forward (almost) for slotting in HDD/SSD's with the no tool approach, I'm not sure if 2 x 120mm fans on the front is better cooling than 1 230mm fan with VGA funneled air cooling. I'm not sure if I should prioritize cooling to the Hard drives or let the air suck through the whole system? and lastly, I will be using an i7-4770k OC to about 4.4ghz (which I know will run HOT (80-90) even with CPU water cooling), so if I go custom water cooling later the trooper offers reservoir space, yet the HAF x offers 360mm top mounted rad support. Which brings me back to top with Trooper boasting fan control, while HAF x does not, yet if I was going custom I'd just run fans max during gaming and 3D rendering (I am a character modeler not sure if that info helps at all 
) I do think I am just thinking myself into the ground... they are both so alike, aesthetically love both.
So it's just come down to 1x 240mm front fan or 2x 120mm front fans, modular drive bays which can be edited to allow for reservoir space or 360mm rad support on top. Funneled air for VGA or Handle for mobility. Video card will be an EVGA GTX 780 SC. Will be using that setup until next generation of card come out when I'll expand to SLI of whatever's on offer by then.
