Core i5-4570S to Core i5-4670K? Worth the upgrade?

I am building a new system, and it seems the best processors my budget will allow is the Core i5-4570S and Core i5-4670K. The 4670K is $35 more, which to me isn't negligible. I want this PC to last through most of the next console generation, and i think it would be smart to put the money towards a GPU. I am getting the MSI Z87-G43 mobo as well.

From the forum search, it seems the 4670k is good for overclocking. I have never felt comfortable with that, and won't have a liquid cooling system anytime soon. This site below seems to give the edge to the 4670k, but I'd ask a better mind to look at the data. Are the improvements worth $35?

For future proofing i wud reccomennd an amd 8320 instead of i5 as its cheaper has more cores which future games would need getting this will save u money and u can get a better gpu and cooler
I reccomended 8320 over 8350 as its cheaper and can be easily o.c.ed to the same freq that 8350 is clocked which can b even o.c.ed further

Ehats ur budget for the whole system ???

I decided on intel because I can get the Core i5-4670K for about $120. For the consoles, wouldn't I be okay if I got a ATI Radeon card? Since it isn't on board graphics anyway... right?

My budget is a little complicated, since I'll be reusing stuff. For the CPU itself, I'd say sub $150.
