My Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop loaded with Windows 7 suddenly stops loading Windows, hangs when it does load Windows and I have not been able to shut it down normally in the last couple of days.

The system repair said that there was a disk error. I do not have much data on the laptop as it just returned from the service center and i am willing to format and repartition the system.

They changed my LCD, heating system and the bottom base at the service center. I have a feeling that there may be a lose connection or a displacement or RAM or some issue because this never happened before.

I do not want to return to the servicing guys again as my warranty has just expired.

What is the best way forward? I am willing to lose all my data. I have them backed up in an external hard drive.

Agreed, faulty HDD. Boot into BIOS and run Dell Diagnostics, this will tell you if the drive is failing. Hopefully under warranty. Dell has quick turn around on warranty parts.
