I recently pieced together a build for a friend of mine. He doesn't want the system to exceed $800.

His intentions are:
-gaming
-studio
-digital art

Also, for myself, I plan on recording and editing gameplay from my PC much like a Let's Play that you can commonly find on youtube. Are there any suggestions on recording/editing software/hardware?
