I was looking on craigslist and saw a person selling this custom pc for $800 with all the things included below:
CPU- Intel i5-3570k @ 3.4 Ghz
GPU-Geforce GTX 660 EVGA Superclocked
RAM- 8 Gb G Skill (2 4 GB sticks)
HD- 500GB SATA Seagate
CD- Asus 24x DVD/CD Reader & Burner
MOBO- Asus P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155
Case- Rosewill Blackhawk Gaming Tower Mid ATX
OS- Windows 8 Pro
PS- Rosewill Hive 750W 80 Plus Bronze
He is also including the following things with the package:

Is all this worth the $800 price tag? Or should I make a lower offer to him to see if he budges?
He said he would the buyer the origin, steam, and guild wars 2 accounts to play the games without buying a key.
