Computer won't Post

My computer will not post or even give beep codes. I have already replaced the motherboard and CPU. I also tested the PSU with a multimeter. I know that all of my parts are compatible with each other. My build is as follows:
CPU FX 6300
MOBO M5A97 R2.0
PSU Rosewill 650 watt
RAM 2x4 GB 1600 GSKILL

Yes, for the R2.0 model that is where I went, I think there is a Revision 1.0 version of that board as well: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97/ I took a look at the CPU compatibility section.

I looked on Asus's website and it says my CPU was supported since version 1006. On my motherboard it says revision 1.00, however 1.00 is not a bios version.

Thanks for the help, I think i'm going to go try to flash my MOBO
