Hey looking to build my first setup within the next week or so. Looking mainly to do graphic design, web design and web development. Only wants are that it is a two screen setup and i will need to purchase those screens. Budget would be around 1000$ including everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you a new (learning) developer? I've been writing code for years, strictly Microsoft stack -> SQL Server > Visual Studio. No graphic design. Performance requirement is very low for most dev work and any off-the-shelf mid-level system would work just fine. I've made it this far with integrated graphics or a $50 cheapo card and small inexpensive HD's. Most important for you, get a couple decent monitors first. I'd spend half your $$ on those.
