How about a Corsair TX650 V2 This should be enough for the system. Could I also suggest using 2x4GB of RAM as this would then run in dual channel mode.

So Gold 750W is probably overkill? Also, I'm using that RAM cause it came with the MOBO, will probably add another 8BG stick soon.

Bronze 550-650 would be good enough for this build?

Most CPUs and GPUs nowadays dont't need massive power supplies, so yes, 650W is more than sufficient for your needs - would be able to handle a more powerful GPU.
