So Gold 750W is probably overkill? Also, I'm using that RAM cause it came with the MOBO, will probably add another 8BG stick soon.

Bronze 550-650 would be good enough for this build?

Most CPUs and GPUs nowadays dont't need massive power supplies, so yes, 650W is more than sufficient for your needs - would be able to handle a more powerful GPU.
