Will these upgrades work together in my PC? (I'm new to building/upgrading PC's)

These are the parts I would like to upgrade to:

GPU: Asus AMD Radeon HD 7850 DirectCU II Graphics Card (2GB GDDR5, PCI Express 3.0)

CPU: AMD FX8350 Black Edition 8 Core Processor (4.0/4.2GHz, 8MB Level 3 Cache, 8MB Level 2 Cache, Socket AM3+, 125W, Retail Boxed)

Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Motherboard (AMD 990FX, 4x DDR3 RAM, SATA 6GB/s, ATX, USB 3.0, MemOK!, Network iControl, Multi-GPU Support, Socket AM3+)

PSU: Corsair CMPSU-600CXV2UK Builder Series 600W Power Supply

Case: Zalman Z11 Midi Tower Case (ATX, M-ATX, Supports Bottom PSU Installation, Dust Filters for Front and Bottom of System and PSU)

These are my current specs:

GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5450 GDDR3 1GB

CPU: Intel Xeon Dual core 2.3Ghz

Motherboard: Standard issue for the HP workstation xw6400

PSU: 575 Watt standard issue for the HP workstation xw6400

Case: standard issue for the HP workstation xw6400

I can get all my listed upgrades for £547.75 and my maximum budget is £600.

If these parts/upgrades will not work then feel free to recommend some similar ones that will work and stay within my budget. Thank you in advance!
