Building a new computer with an i7-4770, obviously don't plan on overclocking.

This is the 2nd computer I've ever built, and the first Intel. I am also new to liquid cooling.

I plan on extremely long gaming sessions and idling in games or leaving the computer on for days at a time.

I can only go up to $60 on one. Can I get a good one for that price?
EDIT: How's this? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181010 , someone said it didn't come with mounting brackets for an LGA 1150 board, but other 1150 users don't mention it.

Another thing, can I put the radiator on a top vent of the case instead of the back? I am using this case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352026

+1

Water cooling gives you the headaches of water pumps going bad, leaks, radiators. Go with a simple air cooler, even that is overkill.

Heck, here's a great one for $20.
