Now I know what you're all thinking - what a noob for not knowing this answer, but:

I have a Memory Standard of "DDR3 1600/1333/1066"

Would I be able to put in a DDR3 1866 memory stick or are the listed options the only available options?

If your motherboard says it only supports DDR3 1600/1333/1066 then that's all you'll be able to use.

Crap alright, thanks. I have a couple of 1866 sticks that are just gonna sit there then from my previous motherboard :(

Unless I can use the memory and it would only show up as per say 1600 or so...?

The Memory Standard again is "DDR3 1600/1333/1066"

And my memory sticks are dual channeled:
x2 Kingston Hyperx DDR3 1600 (4GB+4GB)
x2 G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 1866 (4GB+4GB)

I was gonna use the Ripjaws that have DDR3 1866 into my motherboard that supports 1600/1333/1066
and wondered if there would be any memory loss or problems.

No idea of the models or their specs, what are the sticks specs - guessing your Kingstons are 9-9-9-27 or so and 1.65, and the RJs 9-10-9-28 and prob 1.5....which may not blend real well....if me, would try at 1600, 9-9-9-28, 1.65 (if either set is 1.65) else 1.55 if they are 1.5 sets and raise your MC (memory controller) voltage + 0.08 from current.........knowing the actual model numbers of the DRAM the CPU and mobo will help

In regard to the DRAM, I'd recommend against it, to run the Ripjaws ay 1600 to match the kingstons, would be dropping freq to 1600 and increasing voltage to match Kingston and possibly having to take it even up to 1.7, could possibly have a backlash on the CPUs MC (memory controller).. Think I'd just run the Ripjaws
