I have 5 machines with windows 7 on them, what would be the best way to integrate them to windows 7, do i have to wipe them, and install server 2012,

You want these 5 machines with Windows 7 to now run Server 2012? There is no upgrade path for that. You could insert the Server 2012 boot disc and do a quick format to the drive before installing Server 2012. It is better practice to wipe them first.

You have five machines with windows 7 and you want to do what with them?

Im going to make a few assumptions and assume for some reason you need to install server 2012 on each machine. Yes you will want to completely wipe each machine and start from scratch even if it were possible to upgrade from non server to server.
