(This will be a long list, as I am new to purchasing Video Cards and I would appreciate as much input as possible)

Currently I am running:
i5 750 @2.67 GHz
1x Gigabyte or Sapphire 6970 @880 MHz and 1375 MHz
1 TB Western Digital HDD
128GB SSD
700 Watt Antec PSU
16 GB Kingston 1600 MHz RAM
Cooler Master HAF XB
1x 200mm Cooler Master Top Mounted Fan (Intake)
2x 80mm Cooler Master Exhaust
Corsair H80i w/ 1x 120mm fan (2x won't fit with top mounted fan)

This is, and will be used as a gaming rig.
If these are on any other sites, I would prefer them all to be on the same site.
Overclocking: GPU possibly, CPU yes.
I am running one 1366x768 monitor and one 1360x760 monitor.
I don't really have preferences on the Video Cards.

I am looking to upgrade my video card to a CrossFire setup with either two:

$309.99 ($20.00 off)
ASUS HD7950-DC2-3GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7950 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

or two:

$259.99 ($20.00 off)
ASUS HD7870-DC2-2GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Or else a single card setup with one:

$459.99 ($20.00 off)
ASUS HD7970-DC2-3GD5 Radeon HD 7970 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

or one:

$699.99
ASUS GTX780-DC2OC-3GD5 GeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

one or possibly two:

$374.99 ($45.00 off)
ASUS GTX670-DC2-2GD5 GeForce GTX 670 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

or one:

$484.99 (45.00 off)
ASUS GTX680-DC2O-2GD5 GeForce GTX 680 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

or finally, one:

$479.99 ($20.00 off)
ASUS MATRIX-HD7970-P-3GD5 Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

I am going to be ordering a new PSU, a new MotherBoard, and a new CPU.

PSU:
$239.99 ($30.00 off)
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1200W

CPU:
$199.99
AMD FX 8350 Vishera @4.0 GHz AM3+

Mobo:
$239.99 ($20.00 off)
ASUS CrossHair Formula-Z AM3+

Or else I was going to go Intel & Nvidia

Mobo:
$264.99
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z87

CPU:
$204.99 ($10.00 off)
Intel Core i5-4570

PSU:
$239.99 ($30.00 off)
Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold 1200W

Video Cards:
$269.99
2x EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 760

Solution
I would wait for right now...we still don't know what kind of power we are going to need for the new games coming out with the release of the xbox1 and the ps4, I just last week was looking for a new card (I have a 6970 as well) and realized its not quite worth it yet
