I'm currently in the process of building my own pc and before I order my parts I would like to know if my internet is suitable to play online games like Arma 2 and 3, and the upcoming games Battlefield 4, and GTA 5. I ran the tests on my internet.
Here they are:
I want to be able to run Arma without getting the red chain all the time and want to know if I will experience much lag while playing. My internet is 1.5 mpbs and can only handle one person playing at one time without it lagging horribly. It runs stable around 1.2 most of the time but also has its many moments where it can get low down to .7 or even to .3 or lower. But that's only about 5% of the time. I'm about to get a new router which I know will make my internet speed better because it greatly improved my grandparents internet (and they have the same as me).
Thanks for any feedback! I would love to know if I'm able to play these fun games and I'm excited to get a new computer once I figure out im able to play these games! Thanks again!
