Hey guys , I was looking to buy a monitor and I found these :ASUS VX238H ,
Asus VS247N . Well I'm confused because the first one has 2 input hmdi that support Dvi-D via HDMI-to-DVI cable and doesn't have a Dvi input and i don't like that because i want to know if the dvi input is necessary in some cases that the hdmi input can't do , plus it has more advantages(1ms ,Stereo Speakers,Slim Design,Contrast Ratio (ASCR) : 80000000:1 )
P.S: the ASUS VX238H costs 258 usd (more or less)
the Asus VS247N costs 305 usd (more or less)

Contrast ratio, response time, and all those other specs are basically meaningless because all of the manufacturers change how they measure that stuff so they get good numbers.

I would not care about speakers, in fact I would opt for the one without speakers as I would not want to pay for something I would never use.

Get the one that has better reviews or has the connections you want.

I did, read my post. We won't do all the work for you.

GO LOOK AT REVIEWS. That's the best way to see what the general computing community thinks about a display. Specs are generally worthless, for reasons I have already stated.

And, you don't need to "bump" your post no one else answered.

Hey i didn"t like your opinion (I won"t call it an answer because you didn't answer my question) so I'm waiting for someone who knows what he is talking about or at least answer my question

Monitor speakers are generally crap. Just get a $50 pair of headphones/speakers and you will be much better off. Also, the specs are not that important. Only resolution, size, and IPS/TN/Whatever really will matter. The aesthetics of the monitor itself is personal preference so make sure you get one YOU like the looks of.
