I am waiting for an Nvida GPU from Best Buy right now and all I've ever used are AMD cards. Do you have just delete AMD catalyst latest version like 13.5 or are there other divers you need to delete

You should (for best results) UNINSTALL the AMD drivers. Go to Control Panel/Programs and Features and look for AMD Catalyst Install Manager. Run it and choose to uninstall all graphic drivers.
