First and worst mistake is getting a power supply made by raidmax, they are one of the worst brands of PSU you can buy and thier cases are usually cheaply made shit aswell. Massive overkill on ram consdering, and the GT630 is a horrible gaming card. You don't need a wrist strap(i never use one) just make sure to touch the case when you are assembling the system to ground yourself before touching. I'll post a build shortly in your budget.

most of your links take me to neweggs front page if you are doing a non apu system why not go with the 4100 fx? I could show you a better build on a apu platform using the gpu of a the apu.. T o save money you don't need the wrist snap just touch the metal of the case also the 16 gig of mem is overkill also you may want to run 8 gig 2 x 4 at 1866 higher mem speeds faster apu performance. You can get a sweet deaL on a Logitech mouse and keyboard around 20 bucks and your motherboard is going to probably cost you more then you should pay for it for around 89 bucks check this link out....

IF YOUR GOING TO BUY A APU WITHOUT THE GPU SIDE OF THE CHIP JUST CHANGE YOUR SETUP TO A FX 4100 OR HIGHER....
