Hi all!
I'm looking for a good build for a 600$
gaming PC.

I will be starting from scratch so I will need a monitor, keyboard, and a mouse. Monitor needs to have sound and should be 1920x1080p.
keyboard and mouse can be the least expensive.
OS not needed.

If completely necessary, I might be able to go up to 650$. Thanks so much in advance!

Will be playing:
Battlefield 3,
Skyrim,
Team Fortress 2,
Left 4 Dead,
Killing Floor,
Metro 2033,
Portal 2,
and
Euro Truck Simulator.

Not a troll post, but with the monitor, keyboard, mouse and operating system, that's over half your budget (well, at least a third). It's not going to happen with that budget starting from scratch. Maybe try to get one of those MDG or Dell ones you pay by the month? Although they aren't the best, it will be better than what you can get with what you got.

Well, I said that I didn't need the OS in the post, and the keyboard and mouse together wouldn't be over 30$ cheap..
And the monitor is like 100 bucks on newegg.

600 - 30 - 100 = $470

So that leaves like $450 for the actual PC after taxes.
I'm pretty sure that would be possible?
Also, I don't really mind playing on medium graphics.

I'm not an expert, but I tried to get you a starting point. This is as low as I could get you, and you're stuck using the stock cooler. It does have a decent mouse and a decent gaming monitor with a 2ms response time.
