if graphic card requirements for 400 watts but i'm used 450 watt....is the problem make my game laggy????or the graphic card is got problem

no you are fine , the 400 watts is whole system req. with like 100 watts safe factor dont worry ...

for example :

HD 7750 : 55 watts

HD 7770 : 80-85 watts

GTX 760 : 170 WATTS

this is the real watt the card need , the other go for CPU , ram fans hd and so

Ram 4GB
HDD : 150 GB

also playing league of legends with very high settings Still Laggy......???? when alone farm 60 FPS When war FPS become over 30
