What are your uses for this PC?
A haswell based system might be something to consider, depending on your budget and what your uses for this PC are.

Just so you know your missing:
an optical drive
a case
A graphics card (only if you need it ofcourse)

He's not missing a graphics card anymore now.

OP, I suggest you use a gtx 760 instead of a 7950 3GB unless you plan on dual-monitor gaming.
