cross fire two cards

i am using intel i3 2120 3.3 processor. I have a ram (DDR 3) 4 gb. I have radeon HD 5450 2 gb graphics card now and wish to improve my graphics performance. Can i use ati radeon Hd 7770 1 gb DDR 3 ram. If not can you please suggest me a better option with in this range.

What i would do is i would try to sell the 5450 and buy a 7850 and use single card because i think its more efficient and it doesnt use that much power could you tell me what power supply do you have

you can also only crosssfire two cards that are near identical. ie two 7770's from various manufacturer or two 5450's

No, you cannot Crossfire a 5450 with a 7770. The cards need to be of the same family, like another 5400 series. The 7770 is about 10 times faster in raw graphic performance than a 5450. In other words, if you had a 5450 and a 7770, take the 5450 and give it to someone, or toss it in a recycle bin somewhere and install the 7770. A 7770 will take significantly more power to run, you need a decent GPU to use it.
