Cheaper Alternatives to the M5A97 R2.0?

I'm currently looking at purchasing a Asus M5A97 R2.0 motherboard, for use with my AMD FX6300. I'm trying to slightly lower the price tag of my overall build, so I was wondering if there are any alternatives to that Asus mobo that offer around the same feature set.

Thanks for any input you have!

Running on a GigaByte 970A-DS3 for about a year now. Runs smooth. Just don´t expect record OC on cheap mobos! (if any)

Did you have any DOA problems? Everywhere I look I see people complaining about mobos they got that were dead. I'd hate to go through the hassle of returning, and getting an exchange...

Nice! I wouldn't think that'd be possible.

Asrock actually makes pretty decent components. While I prefer Asus and Gigabyte, in general, I have yet to have an Asrock fail on me. The one I have now really takes a pounding and it just keeps plugging along.

As it is a server, I don't OC anything on it. I would not recommend this mobo for OC use.
