GTX 650 Ti same as GTX 650 OC

People Adviced me on getting a GTX 650 Ti.
I am from Holland and here they are called GTX 650 OC ( I think it means OverClocked ).
1. Are these cards the Same , Ti or OC
2. Is it whise to buy a overclocked videocard, because I don't have extra cooling?

OC means it is a standard GTX650 clocked higher out of the factory. This does not require extra cooling as it is just a mild clock boost.

The GTX650 Ti version is much better than a standard GTX650 or even a GTX650 OC.
Best GTX650 ti is the BOOST 2GB version.
