Will my computer be able to run Oblivion Elder Scrolls properly?

I'm not sure my pc will be good enough to run this videogame. I was wondering if you guys could give me a little help. Here are my computer specs. Do they meet the requirements? Let me know if I have to add more information.

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.60 GHz
GPU: Intel GMA 3000
Ram: 1Gb

You'll have a tough time with integrated graphics. You can try using oldblivion, which optimizes the game for older/weaker systems

I had a hunch my computer was not enough for this game! But what exactly is not okay with it? Is there anything i may try to implement?

You may be able to 'run' it but you'll get some pretty bad framerate. Like I said before look up and install oldblivion. That will help you quite a bit

If your computer does not have a dedicated graphics card (i.e just the inbuilt one on the motherboard) then it will struggle badly.

There was a patch to allow intel motherboards to run oblivion. But you probably do not want to do that. It would be far better getting a video card (ATI 5770/6770 or better) type of card to play it.

If you just want to play oblivion then gat an old supported graphics card on Ebay for $30 ish its not worth spending any more on such an old PC as the whole thing is so dated.

Thank you all guys again for your help!
I have some new though. I'll probably have to chance to use a different computer for my "Oblivion ambition". This one has these better specs.
CPU: Intel Celeron B930 1.80 GHz
Ram: 4 Gb
GPU: Intel HD Graphics Family

Do you mean Pentium B930 which is 3GHz as the Celeron B930 I think is a laptop CPU. You will still want to get a graphics card either way.
