New computer with BSOD

hey i got a new computer and i started to get BSOD and it with error code of 0X03b & 0x0a

PC specs:
CPU : i7 4770K
motherboard - MSI z87M-G43
Ram : 4x4G 1600Mhz G.skill sniper
power supply: 800W GS crossair
Video Card: 660GTX ASUS
SSD: 120G G.skill
HDD; 2t w.d. Green

Running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

You could start by disconnecting all unnecessary components, like secondary HDD, Optical drive, USB peripherals, video card (use onboard graphics), try with only 1 stick of memory, reseat memory, etc... Keep everything to a minimal boot, and start adding back components one by one and try to see which one is faulty.
