Will this PSU work with the MSI GTX 760?

First of all, is 650w enough power?

Second of all, the PSU says it has 2x 6pin connectors and 2x 6+2pin connectors. The PSU wants a 6 pin and an 8 pin. Does the 6+2 pin just mean an 8 pin?

Thank you for answering my question. On the features list, it just said "6+2 pin" so being new to PCs in general, I was pretty confused. Don't see why it doesn't say 8 pin, but as long as it will hook up with my GPU I'm happy.
