Don't really understand this, motherboard new to me

Okay hoping i am posting in right spot, now onto question

I got a new motherboard from friend and i got everything working fine. The only thing i don't really get this, the PCI slot never used one before and not sure what this means above the slot; X16PCIEXP J41



Also I have moved everything from a slim case to a full case cause my old AGP card didn't fit in slim case. If you have need of any other info you need from me, let me know. I will try my best to help and get you the info you may need to help me out better.

ok thank you. Also do i need to look for anything special for the x16 pci card or do they all mostly work for this slot? Don't want to buy one and find out it doesn't fit in it.

all cards will physically fit in a x16 slot(exluding x32 but it's so rare it might even not exist anymore) electronically they will all work at their max speed so a x4 card will work at x4 speed and x8 at x8 speed but they will all fit and work.
