You have a 300W PSU but that card requires 500W.

My apologies I forgot to mention I have a 750w crosair builder series I will be swapping with the stock psu

Ah - then you should be good (overkill tho) for power but that CPU may be a little bottleneck for the GPU. It'll work tho and be leaps and bounds ahead of the integrated.
