Hey, I am planning on building my first Gaming PC, and I chose all my parts at the Newegg App, and my total comes down to 1602.86. How can I make this build cheaper? Parts I chose will be below (I want to keep the Video Card though)

I would personally switch to the 3570k, and drop the the rosewill to the Corsair CX600 that's on sale and use the 50 bucks to see if you can buy a 60GB SSD so that you can run SRT so that all your common stuff fells really snappy.

Not really cost savings, but it would be a faster feeling machine.

To start saving money on your current list, set it up at pcpartpicker.com. It will find combo's for you and shop around at multiple sites for the best price. For example, I plugged in your existing parts list for you and it comes up to $1360.93:

That said, I agree that you should get the 3570K and consider a Corsair PSU. You may also want to consider a Haswell build with a Z87 chipset.
