Computer will only turn on by switching PSU off then holding the Case Power Button then turning the PSU back on.

Hello every I have encountered a problem my my PC after I failed to overclock my CPU (AMD Phenom II x2 550) after failing to overclock the PC will not turn on with the Front Panel Power Button. It will only turn on if I switch the PSU off and then hold the front panel power button while turning the PSU back on, is there a way I can fix this?

Computer Specs

CPU: AMD Phenom II x2 550
Mobo: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
GPU: GTX 560
RAM: 4GB Kingston HyperX Red
PSU: ANTEC 80 plus 620 watts

I don't but is it the PSU because the computer works fine after I do the trick to turn it on.

I took it out of the computer, and tried to start it up with the Jumber mod where you use some cable to short two pins of the mobo cable.
Also there I had to keep the cable put and turn off and on the PSU until it finally started.

Did you ever solve your problem Sir?
