I am looking for a USB 3.0 flash drive, preferably around 64 GB in size, that can be made bootable through rufus or other software. Any suggestions are welcome.

usb3 ports aren't usually bootable due to the motherbd not having the drivers built in to run them. Their drivers usually load during boot. You can experiment with a bootable usb2 flash drive in your usb3 port and see if it will boot.
