So let me list what i have first
CPU: i7-3770
Mobo: asrock extreame 4
GPU: Crossfire set up of Redeon 7770's (2 of them)
Storage: 1 Tb WD green
Ram: 8 Gig venegnce (2x4gig)
CPU fan: Cool masater
Chassis: phanton 410
optical drive: liteon 124
power supply: antec gaming power fully module 750w gold

So ive started working still in college i dont spend money on much so ive been saving up and was considering upgrading the computer a bit i use the desk top for just about everything mainly gaming but, i have it set up so that the whole house is streaming media from my computer, so its also a pretty dependent on being a little media server which is why i have the i7 for trans-coding on the fly
other than what is listed i have nothing else in it, what are some suggestions that can make a difference in performance, or help over all

I personally think i should upgrade the mobo
and i am already gonna get a barracuda 3tb hard drive and maybe a ssd

but any other suggestions, or addons that can be benifital

links would be great too

Solution
If its a 3770k then you could buy a nice aftermarket cooler and OC easily.

If your looking for faster load/boot times and SSD could help with that.

upgrading the mobo wouldn't help with performance here.

if its not the K-edition and your mobo is the Z77 asrock extreme4, then apparently your motherboard supports easy non-K overclocking, but im not usre if its multiplier overclocking:

Perhaps an SSD, but that's going to be more effort than it's worth. I guess you could upgrade your GPU but it'd only be a slight upgrade unless you obviously bought a high end card, what about another monitor or keyboard lol
