My new cpu, FX-8350, got here today but I am having a problem booting. I have two options: start up repair or start normally. If I do start up repair I blue screen, if I start normally the entire systems just restarts and I'm back at the beginning.

Just erase your hard drive or ssd and reinstall windows 7 again.

I can't, like I said when I do that it just restarts automatically.

Ok. Plug the HDD or SSD into another Desktop in your house. If you don't have one put it in a case to make it an external hard drive and plug it into a laptop. Then erase from there. (P.S. If you don't have another computer in the house just use one of your friends.)

You can also use a usb thumbdrive. Simply download the updated filed to it, plug it in, go into bio and find the update bios option.

Ya I think I'll try updating the bios that seems best to me. Wish me luck!
