More than likely yes, that should be enough. You should post what card. You can also look on that manufactures website for a minimum wattage requirement.
300w will run a graphics card that does not need a auxiliary 6 pin power lead.
If you install a more demanding card, it will not run.
a 550w psu of good quality will run a card as strong as a 7970 or GTX770.

my system is :-

^ Stress the "good quality". Not all power supplies of equal rated power are the same. Some exaggerate while other outright lie. Tell us where you shop and a budget and we'll pick you out a good one.

BTW if geofelt says something ... good idea to listen.
one quality psu is the way to go.

i shop on scan.co.uk or on amazon.co.uk or on pcworld.co.uk , if you could reccomend a good one please ... i would like something at arround 60£ as the card its self is arround 140£
A decent 550w power supply should be more than enough. I'm running my 7850 off a 380w power supply right now. Make sure to try and get a power supply that is at least 80+ certified or better.
