I have a GTX 650 TI Boost 1gb, does the 1gb in the memory gonna make difference in some perfomance? For example: BF3 on ultra, my resolution is 1280x1024.
And 1333mhz to 1600mhz is gonna make some big difference on the perfomance in general ?

No it won't really make a difference. the RAM is used more with going to higher resolutions. For example if you have two 650 ti's but one has 1GB and the other has 2GB, and you only play at 1280x1024, you will be lucky to see 2FPS difference.
If you play at 1900x1280, you may see as many as 10fps or more.
