So recently my firewall stopped working for Verizon Internet Security Suite. I haven't had any other problems with my computer but I'm still worried I have a virus. I tried doing what this said but it didn't work. Can anyone help me out?

I've done several scans, and even though it said it deleted viruses, I still get the error. I'll try running another scan but I'm not sure it will help.
