SSD Behind Motherboard or in Drive Bay?

My case is a Cooler Master Storm Stryker. I took out the little SSD rack on the bottom to make room for fans, and I'd like feedback or opinions on whether I should put my 840 Pro in the front drive bays or tuck it into some cabling behind the motherboard tray. Any thoughts on this?

You can put a SSD any place you like in a case, the one thing that you don't want to do though is put it some place where there is no air flow at all because in the summer if the temps go higher then normal and you are using the drive a lot it could overheat.

What would you say to putting it on top of my power supply (fan facing down) with some velcro or electrical tape? I just want there to be as little restriction as possible in front of my front intake fans.

If you have a place in the front drive bay that you could put it there then maybe that would be a better place since there are two fans blowing on those bays. I'm not sure about putting a SSD on top of the power supply, it may be ok to do but I don't think that I would do that if it was me.
You may be able to put it someplace if you take the time to look at the inside of the case and with the available parts that came with the case be able to find a good spot.
