Noip address returns router login prompt?

I type in my noip address I have that is supposed to hit my NAS and it hits my router login prompt. I'm using an Asus RT-AC66R and I'm not sure I setup my port forward correctly.I assigned my NAS a static IP from the router and am forwarding incoming traffic on port 81 to the ip of my NAS. Apparently I have not set it up correctly. Any ideas?

I'm glad I figured this out by myself. 23 reads and no responses. It was as simple as being inside my network, leaving and coming back in when requesting page. No issues from being completely outside my network. Thank you Chris. You are welcome Chris.
