I'm going to be setting up an external graphics card for my laptop through pci express, and need a power supply for it.Can anyone recommend a good small power supply for this purpose?

Not gonna work through PCI Express - unless you have a x16 slot. Then still problematic. Can you explain how you think you're going to accomplish this on a laptop.
