8320 or 8350 for editing/rendering

Should i spend the money to get an 8350, or should i just overclock the 8320? i'm going to be editing and rendering, so will i take any hits in render time if i OC the 8320?

Everything is the same (cache, wattage, etc.) except the clock speed.

make very little difference, take the 8320 due to cost difference.
