Ok well first of all there are plenty of motherboards which will support your GPU and have the correct socket for your CPU.
What Genzo has suggested is good, and if you are not planning on overclocking then get that as it cheap and includes a lot of features such as
2 PCIe x16 slots if you ever wish the crossfire.
It can support up to 32GB of RAM
6 sata 6Gb/s so multiple drives wont be an issue.
And finally it is manufactured by Asus who are renowned for motherboard quality.
However I personally think that this motherboard is better-http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-GA-990FXA-UD3-Optical-Channel-Motherboard/dp/B00545BZOG
Although it is over the budget it is a great motherboard to get. You can overclock easily on this and as one reviewers say "If your into SLI/Xfire Gaming this is a great board to buy".
It also has nice features such as an integrated 7.1 channel sound card which is ideal for enveloping game environments.
It supports USB 3.0 ports so if your case has front panel 3.0 connectors then they can simply be plugged into the motherboard.
big heatsinks to keep north Bridge and South Bridge cool.

That mobo is around 115$ that board. He said under 100$. well if he has cash then Go Gigabyte.
I did state that it is over his budget but assuming he can squeeze a bit of extra cash it is a good and quality motherboard
Well. its his choice. The best thing is to buy a 150$ AMD Motherboard. because i heard some boards are not good in overclocking. And AMD mobos are bit late to PCI-E 3.0 and Manufacturers need to make new amd boards. The last board was released i think was the Asus Sabertooth R2/Gen3
aha, The CPU I have in it is the FX6300 which is considered a baby out of the AMD piledriver bunch, Not when you overclock it, it isn't. A great little CPU which performs great and keeps cool. Prime95 test for a good while the hottest it got was 46!

Well AMD CPU is the best for OVERCLOCKING.
Intel uses cheap soldering on the CPU. thats why it cant perform well in overclocking
