Its not stronger, just a better value for your money, depending on where you live.

The 650 TI will more than likely be cheaper, and comes with 2GB of ram as standard, which is a massive benefit for modern 1080p gaming. The 7850 1GB has been seen crippled at 1080p because of the lack of vram.

Depends on the prices really though, tbh.

For $16 USD I would highly recommend the 2GB 6550 Ti Boost over the 1GB 7850. The extra memory will help keep framerates up in resolutions 1080p and under.

There is as of last week. They replaced the Never Settle Reloaded program for Never Settle Forever and I went with the HIS IceQ 7850 Turbo as its faster than the 650 ti boost and I'll be getting two games as well. I can still OC higher on the 7850 and it has a wider bus.
 


I think the game bundle is down to the retailer to distribute and not all of them give the codes away for free with the cards some will sell the the code coupons separately.
