Setting up a sophisticated Wireless Network

I have an established LAN(100 MBPS). Now I want to provide network access to a building 250 mts away. I want to it to be wireless. How do I achieve it?

Currently, I grabbed an ethernet cable from a switch. With the help of two other switches I extended the cable to that building. this end is connected to the wireless router and it works. But I know its not the way to do it. Please suggest me the correct method.

Parabolic antennas and WAPs.

But you really do want to go wired. You should be able to get 100Mb/s to go over 250m of cat6a, though it's not technically guarantied under the specs.

Fiber is the other option.

I used cables because I don't know the alternative and I had to make it immediately.
Is there a way to make it happen with wireless?

Yes, good antennas and radios. But you'll be at the mercy of the weather, and if it's not line of sight you might have problems.

Cabling (whether twisted pair or fibre) is a much better solution.

Probably, but as I said it's going to be troublesome and unreliable. Plus you'll need power out there - why can't you run an actual cable?
